After years of struggling with hamstring pain, I was recommended to see a professional sports physio, which led me to Avisha at Torbay Physiotherapy. I went to see Avisha with a pain in my lower back which was causing a lot of discomfort. After a very professional diagnosis and treatment she gave me some follow up exercise’s to work out the pain at home. Randomly picked Avisha for physiotherapy, turned out to be the best thing I could have done. I had a  serious pain in my left arm and neck due to a torn rotator cuff. This effected the use of my arm, after a series of visits and a gentle exercise plan I now have no pain and the use of my arm has increased. I just wish I had found Avisha sooner! I have spent years suffering with back problems which have a real impact on my day to day life and have seen a host of different physios and chiropractors, both nhs and private. On my first visit, Avisha assessed me and suggested I request a blood test from my GP - and she was spot on. Simply identifying something that so many others had missed has completely transformed my treatment, giving me answers and paving a much happier, healthier and pain free future. I visited Torbay Physio Practice because of an ongoing issue I’ve had with my shoulder, Avi has really helped me get my range of motion back and it’s a lot less painful now.
