LBP can be caused by a number of things. You can be active, sedentary, or just bending forwards. Any of these scenarios can cause problems.There are also a number of physiological structures that relay pain messages to your brain – nerve, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, etc. Relevant treatment depends on the structures that have been affected and the duration of the pain.
